Upon taking over the program, we conducted a thorough analysis to identify which publishers were primarily responsible for the decline, both year-over-year (YoY) and month-over-month (MoM).

We contacted these publishers to understand the causes of the decline and negotiated increased exposure for The Bottle Club. This exposure was exchanged for a temporary commission increase, ensuring no impact on the brand’s overall profitability.

We also ensured that the affiliate network was updated regularly with fresh offers and news to maintain momentum. We sent regular newsletters and had direct communication with publishers to keep them informed about new offers, campaigns, and initiatives.

Our data and research team leveraged tools like SEMrush to identify high-quality publishers with relevant review articles and buying guides, matching the products sold by The Bottle Club.

We performed a rigorous competitor analysis to locate gaps in the market, which informed our outreach strategy.
