Gary draws on his vast experience across performance marketing and publisher sales to lead the growth of RevWise as Co-Founder.

Co-Founder and Head of Operations at RevWise. With over a decade previously spent as the Head of Marketing for one of the UK's leading ecommerce marketplaces, Jamie oversaw multimillion pound annual growth driven via the affiliate channel, operating both as a publisher and an advertiser at the highest level. Today Jamie is responsible for all client delivery and business operations at RevWise as Co-Founder.

With over a decade of industry experience, Maria has worked network side, agency side and brand side within affiliates, including as Senior Global Affiliate Manager for a 9 figure turnover e-tailer. As the Head of Client Success for RevWise, Maria is hands-on with our clients' affiliate growth journey from day 1, ensuring delivery is always exceeding our client's expectations and that the best strategic decisions are made and regularly reviewed according to performance.

Responsible for the smooth running of her affiliate team's day-to-day delivery, Silvena is also great at nurturing relationships with key content partners on behalf RevWise clients; publishers such as British GQ, BBC Good Food and many others.

Managing her team's day-to-day affiliate program delivery, Angelina and drives remarkable progress for RevWise clients in groceries, beauty, jewellery, sports, toys and women's health. She is also an in-house CSS champion, generating consistent growth for RevWise brands across Google Shopping.

Responsible for assessing new commercial partnerships with brands, agencies and tech partners, Ed has deep working knowledge across all areas of the ecommerce ecosystem including affiliates, PPC, Social, CRO, influencers and web development.

Chair of the RevWise advisory board, David began his career working for prominent financial institutions in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, later moving into private equity. He has held NED and Group Finance Director positions within limited and PLC companies, overseeing their rapid international expansion. Additionally, David is involved in various early-stage ventures, David holds a law degree and is a Chartered Accountant.

Responsible for the running of our largest office, Desi supports the management team with recruitment, HR, events, and day-to-day operational organisation. Outside of work Desi enjoys reading books, video games, travelling, writing and photography.

As CRM Campaign Manager, Charlie bridges the gap between data, research and outreach to drive growth across the business, responsible for helping to secure B2B partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world via strategic email outreach campaigns. In his spare time, he makes it his mission to 'platinum' every PlayStation game he touches.

The king of sports affiliates at RevWise. Vlad is a Senior AM, responsible for day-to-day affiliate program management across his set of clients. Vlad successfully shaped a new process for RevWise's influencer acquisition funnel, now a fully rolled-out service generating millions in monthly views on IG Reels, YouTube and TikTok for RevWise clients.

As a Senior Affiliate Manager for RevWise clients, Stoyan is a specialist in travel, health & wellbeing, and is personally responsible for significant client wins across publishers such as Healthline, DotDash Meredith and The Times.

A specialist in all things 'gift guide!', Raya is a Senior Affiliate Manager delivering significant commercial progress for brands in gifting, beauty and FMCG. Outside of work Raya is a great Badminton player, and loves singing and drawing.

As an Affiliate Manager for RevWise clients, Yani is a specialist in securing Sustainable/Eco Publishers - with dozens of wins in this niche - as well as working closely with larger publishers such as The Mirror. Her experience spans across her base of brands in jewellery, beauty and health.

As an Affiliate Manager for RevWise clients, Milena is particularly great at 'big picture' thinking - the ability to zoom out and set effective strategies to evolve clients' affiliate programs specifically within leisure, health and luxury fashion.

An Affiliate Exec and a creative-thinker, evidenced by his many wins that drive revenue for clients with 'outside the box' brand partnership ideas. Bobby is a brand specialist in health and supplements, and outside of work he enjoys swimming, hiking and kickboxing.

Nadia is responsible for conducting crucial day-to-day revenue driving activities across client's programs in health, beauty, gifting, fashion and FMCG. Outside of work she likes to travel and hit the gym.

As well as his love of football outside of work, Nikolay delivers consistent results for sports equipment and football brands within RevWise too. He is responsible for supporting with day-to-day affiliate program management, as well as generating new influencer relationships across the sports industry. He loves playing card games with his team after work, and is the #2 ranked table tennis player in the business.

With a degree in advertising film production, qualifications in Digital Media/Google Ads, and speaking 4 languages (English, Spanish, German and Bulgarian) Ivan is an affiliate exec with serious range. Responsible for day-to-day program maintenance and revenue driving activities for RevWise clients.

Fabrice is dedicated to the innovation, development, and enhancement of a proprietary reporting suite and an AI-powered insights dashboard. As a visionary technologist, he is focused on advancing RevWise's technological capabilities with a core emphasis on client success and affiliate management productivity. Outside of work, Fabrice runs marathons, coaches swimming, and enjoys time in his home cinema.

The leader of our incredible data and research department, Shey is responsible for organising the speedy turnaround of hundreds of custom research projects per month, delivered directly to our client channels and affiliate managers. Outside of work Shey loves spending time with her kids, her dogs, doing karaoke and taking family road trips.

Melissa is a key team member with our data and research department, using a suite of tools and manual intuition to deliver crucial research projects every day, supporting affiliate growth. Outside of work Melissa takes care of her family, reads fiction and loves reality TV.

Micaela is a vital part of our data and research team, leveraging a combination of tools, platforms and expertise to deliver essential research projects that support affiliate growth for RevWise brands on a daily basis. Outside of work, Micaela loves reading, cooking and TikTok.

June plays a crucial role in our data and research department, using a blend of advanced tools, data analysis, AI and her own experience to complete research projects that consistently identify new opportunities for our affiliate managers to exploit. June has a young child, and finds parenting to be the most rewarding and fulfilling thing in life. She also enjoys cooking and photographing (people and nature).
