We took immediate action to identify the publishers responsible for the prior decline in performance. Through thorough engagement with these publishers, we were able to uncover the underlying issues causing the dip in results. Following a detailed analysis, we negotiated bespoke quarterly exposure packages that offered strategic value to the publishers in exchange for modest increases in commission rates. These adjustments were carefully structured to ensure that the brand's costs remained unaffected, all while fostering stronger collaboration for future success and ensuring the sustainability of the partnership.

Defining What Works Best

As part of our ongoing efforts, we conducted an in-depth review of the partner landscape to determine which types of partners were most effective for the program’s goals. In doing so, we identified several key partners who were missing from the program, including significant players such as Easyfundraising, Nectar, and others. We worked swiftly to onboard these partners, recognizing their potential to drive substantial revenue. Since their integration, these partners have quickly emerged as some of the most significant contributors to the program's success, now ranking among the highest revenue-generating affiliates.

Highly Relevant Content Another key component of our strategy was to introduce high-converting, niche partners with highly relevant and engaging content. By partnering with industry leaders such as Fabulous Holiday Cottages and Handpicked Cottages, we were able to align with content that resonated strongly with the target audience. These partners quickly established themselves as top performers within the program, driving consistent and reliable results. The addition of such content providers helped to further solidify the program's performance and fostered long-term engagement with potential customers.

Mass Media Partnerships and Superior Results

A hallmark of any RevWise program is its ability to achieve high-quality reach and awareness across multiple channels. In line with this, we strategically built and nurtured strong relationships with major media outlets. These partnerships included prominent names such as Reach PLC, The Times, The Independent, Bauer Media, National World.
