Program Audit and Optimisation
Our journey with Vitl began with an audit of their entire affiliate program.
We conducted an in-depth analysis, assessing the current status of their publishers and optimising existing exposure. We looked at what was being done, what was being missed, and what can be done better.
We immediately implemented a new CPA strategy targeting select key partners (those identified in our vigorous research) in exchange for enhanced exposure, increased promotional efforts and closer collaboration.
Leveraging Content Publishers for Enhanced Exposure
As per our launch strategy, we focused on securing product reviews and inclusions from specific content publishers with a relevant audience, such as BBC Good Food, GQ and countless independent blogs in the health and nutrition space.
These inclusions helped Vitl reach a broader audience with authentic and engaging content. It not only boosted brand awareness but also provided potential customers with valuable education into Vitl’s products.
We also targeted closed-user-groups, select reward partners, work perk schemes, and partnerships with gym groups who have an ideal audience for cross-promotion.
Generating +97% revenue Year-on-Year
As Vitl’s Chief Marketing Officer explained, "We engaged RevWise as our previous effort to grow affiliates had gone stale - our past operators were complacent with the use of coupon sites and relying on tenancies to drive temporary (but not sustainable) growth.
