Achieved +160% YoY sales increase, reversing a declining affiliate trend
When RevWise took over the program, our immediate focus was to identify which publishers were the main contributors to the previous declines in both YoY and MoM sales, and why.
We rapidly contacted these publishers and, after understanding the reasons behind the decline, we immediately negotiated additional exposure in exchange for a slight commission increase for a limited time without affecting the brand's costs, plus deepening the working relationship with these publishers for closer collaboration.
Massive outreach efforts to recruit new publishers
The RevWise 'Data & Research' team identified high-quality partners through 'total addressable market' backlink analysis + SERP keywords, and created a recruitment pipeline list alongside a competitor gap analysis.
We started mass outreach and began engaging, and onboarding relevant upper and mid-funnel publishers.
In the next months, we engaged with dozens of publishers and onboarded several key publishers such as Ideal Home, Woman & Home, Sheerluxe, and many more.
