Expanding Reach Through Targeted Publishers
To begin, we conducted a thorough audit of Go Ape's existing affiliate program.
Our data-driven approach identified significant optimisation opportunities and paved the way for strategic expansion, focusing on more upper-funnel publisher types who can drive bottom-line growth YoY.
Through our research process we identified over 2000 publishers, potentially relevant but not currently active on the program, and filtered it down to a few hundred, including many 'long tail' independent blogs.
In addition to driving greater booking volumes from closed-user-groups, the team successfully increased exposure with large publishers such as Britain's Finest and NME, ensuring Go Ape's adventures were featured in popular content reaching a wider audience. Additionally, partnerships were established with local content specialists like My Town Rocks and PlayHunt, fostering deeper community engagement.
Collaboration and Strategic Incentives
Our team devised a specific plan to dominate categories within the activities and leisure content space. Often through spending many hours providing publishers with hundreds of custom fields relating to Go Ape locations, to power their content (such as specs of each site, and which locations allow dogs).
By offering targeted commission increases to select partners, our team incentivised them to showcase Go Ape experiences through high-impact placements, driving increased sales and brand awareness at the same time.
Open communication and collaboration are hallmarks of the RevWise and Go Ape partnership. We have ensured Go Ape's existing publisher-base was regularly hearing from us, and were properly incentivised for maximum exposure, with new partners consistently outreached, qualified and onboarded to the program.
